Malaysia Airlines is Certified as a 4-Star Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
Malaysia Airlines fleet and product improvements in the last 2 years are paying off, with standards much improved. Long haul A350 aircraft provide excellent standards, and signs of the heralded ‘Malaysian Hospitality’ are now beginning to show through more strongly. Once a 5-Star Airline, Malaysia Airlines could achieve this top rating again if better consistency can be provided.
